Deborah is a native Floridian with a long history of community involvement, including appointments to boards confirmed by the Governor and the Florida House. She holds a degree from the University of South Florida. 

Deborah also worked in government, including a stint in the State House of Representatives. Her time working in government makes her an expert on zoning, land use, and governmental affairs.

She has decades of experience in land brokerage and development and is considered a pioneer for women in the field of commercial real estate.

She has also worked on several high-profile development projects, including Investment Properties, Flagship Hotels, and Commercial & Residential Developments.  Her experience in government makes her uniquely qualified to not only assist government entities with acquisition and disposition of land for municipalities, but also to navigate the intricate rules for land entitlement and zoning.
