John is a commercial real estate associate at Florida ROI Commercial Property Brokerage, specializing in land sales and development. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University and has nearly 30 years of experience working for a major heavy civil construction and contracting company.

Formerly the Director responsible for the Financial, Contract Administration, Compliance, Environmental, and Quality departments, his background provides an excellent foundation to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

John believes Florida ROI, specifically the Land and Development group, is uniquely positioned to provide the best service to its clients in Tampa and across Florida. “We are a local independent firm with extensive experience and knowledge of markets throughout Florida.
